Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Port Monitor ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

License

IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Windows devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

Permitted Use

You may use Port Monitor to:

• View active network connections on your own device.
• Identify and manage processes consuming network ports on your own device.
• Troubleshoot network configuration and software conflicts.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Application to monitor or interfere with network connections on devices you do not own or have explicit permission to manage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IAM_DEV does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data or system damage resulting from process termination performed through the Application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
